NEW TO BOXING?

Everyone starts somewhere.

Whether you've never put on a pair of boxing gloves or you're searching for a new gym to call home, Bay Breakers Boxing is built to help you succeed. Our supportive coaches and welcoming community will meet you where you are, helping you build confidence, improve your fitness, and discover just how capable you are.

BOOK YOUR FIRST CLASS

If you're new to boxing, we recommend starting with our Beginner Boxing class. You'll learn the fundamentals—including your stance, footwork, punches, and defensive technique—while building a strong foundation for every class that follows. Most people in our beginner classes have never stepped foot into a boxing gym before!
