    Hank Frost

    Hank has been a USA Boxing Coach/Trainer since 2005 and a Personal Trainer since 2007. Hank has worked in the world of hard labor of lifting 12 foot sheet rock and the corporate world of working behind a desk. Seeing both worlds, Hank has truly found his passion and world of being a coach and a personal trainer. His drive is “don’t let good enough be good enough.”

    Xavier is a San Francisco native with over 25 years experience in boxing and combat sports. Xavier is a former Pro MMA competitor and amateur Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai athlete. Xavier specializes in teaching Dutch Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and general fitness. You can find him teaching Bootcamp and Saturday classes at Bay Breakers Boxing Gym! @my_martialartslife goes here

    Andy is a boxing coach and competitor with years of experience training as an amateur fighter.     Andres "El Gallo" Hernandez

    Born and raised in the streets of San Francisco, Gallo brings a raw, real-world approach to boxing as a fighter and coach. Having grown up in a tough environment, Gallo learned the importance of discipline, resilience, and hard work from a young age - qualities that now define his coaching style. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, Gallo focuses on developing not just technical skills, but also mental, emotional, and physical toughness, teaching fighters how to push past their limits and thrive under pressure.

    Adolfo Velez

    Originally from Guadalajara, Adolfo Velez started boxing in Mexico at age 18 and continued as an amatuer fighter in the US. Known as “The Bonecrusher,” Adolfo's hard-hitting love for boxing has grown from fighter to trainer and coach. Adolfo is a certified USA Boxing coach.
