Most of our members start with no experience at all.

During your trial you’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing and see how training fits your routine.

Once your trial is complete, most members continue with a monthly membership.

Challenger Membership $229/month

Unlimited access to:

  • All classes

  • Open gym training

  • Sauna and showers

  • Member discounts on gear, bootcamps, and massage therapy

This is the most popular option for members training consistently.

Contender Membership $150/month

For members who prefer to train independently.

Includes:

  • Open gym access

  • Sauna and showers

  • No class access

A great option if you are looking to train on your own. Contender members have full access to the gym during business hours.

Day Pass — $40

Includes access to classes, open gym, and the sauna for a full day.

5 Class Pack — $185

Keep it simple - classes only! No open gym or amenities included.

Our Classes

Structured so you can progress as your skills improve.


Beginner Boxing

Start here if you’re new to boxing.

Learn:

  • Basic punches

  • Boxing stance and footwork

  • Basic defense

No experience required. Gloves available to borrow.

HIIT Boxing

High-energy conditioning class that blends boxing technique with interval training.

Great for improving:

  • stamina

  • speed

  • power

Intermediate Boxing

For boxers who already know the basics and want to build skill and conditioning.

Expect:

  • Punch combinations

  • Footwork drills

  • Partner exercises

  • Cardio and endurance training

Strength & Conditioning

Full-body training using:

  • dumbbells

  • TRX

  • medicine balls

  • functional strength circuits

All fitness levels welcome.

Intro to Sparring

For intermediate boxers ready to start applying their skills in a controlled environment.

Focus on:

  • Controlled, light-contact sparring

  • Distance, timing, and ring awareness

  • Applying technique in live situations

Academy & Sparring

For experienced boxers looking to take their training further.

Focus on:

  • technical refinement

  • conditioning for fighting

  • controlled sparring

Head gear and mouthguard required.

Champion Membership & Sponsored Membership

At Bay Breakers Boxing, we believe that access to fitness and community should be available to people at all income levels.

Members can choose to participate in our Champion Membership program by adding a monthly donation on top of their regular membership. These contributions go directly toward our Sponsored Membership program, which helps provide access to the gym and our programs for lower-income members of our community.

Through this program, members support one another and help ensure that more of our San Francisco neighbors can experience the physical, mental, and community benefits of boxing.
