Beginner Boxing

Start here if you’re new to boxing.

Strength & Conditioning

  • functional strength circuits

Intro to Sparring

For intermediate boxers ready to start applying their skills in a controlled environment.

Focus on:

  • Controlled, light-contact sparring

  • Distance, timing, and ring awareness

  • Applying technique in live situations

Academy & Sparring

For experienced boxers looking to take their training further.

Focus on:

  • technical refinement

  • conditioning for fighting

  • controlled sparring
