Beginner Boxing 1 & 2*

Learn the fundamentals of boxing in our no-contact Beginner Boxing class series! In Beginner Boxing 1 and 2 you will learn how to wrap your hands, and the basic stance, footwork, punches, and defense that form the foundation of our Intermediate Boxing classes. No previous boxing experience is required and all fitness levels are welcome - everyone starts somewhere, so start off on the right foot with us! These classes are not intended to be a hard workout, but expect to work up a light sweat.

Ringside Yoga

Our yoga classes will include a guided breathing exercise, fundamentals of flow, and a deep dive into a new pose series and their variations each week. While this will not be a rigorous, cardio-intensive flow, you can still expect a couple of shaky leg moments and to find a good mental and physical challenge in this practice. It's our aim to have fun and to walk out of class feeling a bit better than when you walked in. Come hang out and breathe with us!

Beginner Boxing Technique & Stamina*

Review the fundamentals of boxing in our no-contact Beginner Boxing Technique & Stamina class. This class is for those with minimal boxing experience who want to spend additional time on the fundamentals before jumping into our intermediate Boxing Technique & Stamina classes. In this class you will get a refresher on how to wrap your hands, footwork, punches, slipping, and rolling, plus put yourself to the test with boxing stamina drills. Minimal boxing experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome!

Boxing Technique & Stamina

In our non-contact Boxing Technique & Stamina classes we go beyond the basics, delving into the art of punch combos, footwork, and strategic maneuvers. It's not just about the workout, it's about nurturing your skills in both offense and defense. Picture cardio drills and resistance training seamlessly integrated for a comprehensive full-body boxer's experience. This is an intermediate level class for those with prior boxing experience.

Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning classes take you through a structured whole-body workout utilizing a variety of our equipment (e.g. dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX straps). Our skilled trainers design these classes to be challenging and fun, while differentiating the content to be accessible to all fitness levels. Each class targets four main components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility.

*Boxing gloves are available to borrow for Beginner Boxing classes. Boxing gloves, hand wraps, and jump ropes are also available for purchase at the front desk.
