Massage Therapy

Clinical, sports-informed massage for pain, recovery, mobility, and nervous system support.

Kat’s work is designed for active bodies, everyday tension, and people who want to better understand what is contributing to their pain or restriction. Whether you’re training hard, coming back from an injury, managing chronic tension, or simply trying to move and feel better, each session is built around your body, your goals, and what is showing up that day.

Bodywork for Training, Recovery & Everyday Pain

Massage can support anyone whose body is adapting to training, work, stress, injury, or long-standing movement patterns.

Sessions may help with:

✔ Muscle tension and soreness
✔ Neck, shoulder, back, hip, and leg pain
✔ Mobility and range of motion
✔ Training recovery and performance support
✔ Chronic tightness or recurring pain patterns
✔ Injury recovery and body awareness
✔ Stress, fatigue, and nervous system regulation

What to Expect

Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand what you’re feeling, what has changed, and what you want support with. From there, the work is customized rather than following a preset routine.

Some sessions may be more focused and clinical. Others may be slower, more restorative, or centered around recovery and regulation. The goal is to help you leave with more ease, better awareness, and a clearer sense of what your body may need next.
