Memberships

Become a part of our vibrant community by signing up for a Bay Breakers Boxing Gym membership. Memberships renew monthly and grant you unrestricted access to our facilities during operating hours, unlimited class attendance, and full utilization of our showers and sauna amenities! Members also get a 10% discount on all of of our merchandise (gloves, hand wraps, jump ropes, t-shirts, and more), as well as deeply discounted Bootcamps!

Our Classes

*Boxing gloves are available to borrow for Beginner Boxing classes. Boxing gloves, hand wraps, and jump ropes are available for purchase at the front desk.

Beginner Boxing*

Learn the fundamentals of boxing—hand wrapping, stance, footwork, punches, and defense—in a no-contact class designed for beginners. No experience needed, all fitness levels welcome! This class focuses on technique, with a light workout to get you moving.

Strength & Conditioning

A full-body workout using dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX straps, and more. Designed for all fitness levels, these classes build endurance, strength, and flexibility—challenging, fun, and always adaptable.

HIIT Boxing

Designed for intermediate boxers, this class takes your conditioning to the next level. HIIT Boxing blends boxing-focused high-intensity intervals with technical movement, footwork, and punch combinations to mimic the demands of a real fight.

Yoga (All Levels)

A perfect complement to your training or a fresh start back into movement. Connect breath with motion, improve flexibility, and stay limber. Mats and props provided, or bring your own.

Intro to Sparring

This class is designed to introduce intermediate boxers to the fundamentals of sparring in a controlled and supportive environment. You'll learn how to apply your boxing skills in live situations with light contact. Headgear and mouthguard are recommended, but not required.

Intermediate Boxing Technique & Stamina

Take your skills further with punch combos, footwork, and strategy. This intermediate, non-contact class blends cardio drills and resistance training for a full-body boxing workout. Prior boxing experience recommended.

Academy & Sparring

This class is designed for experienced boxers looking to refine their technique, enhance conditioning, and develop real-world fight experience through controlled sparring.

Headgear, mouthpiece, and boxing shoes required!

Boxer’s Strength & Stamina

This strength & conditioning class is designed specifically for boxers who want to elevate their performance. Includes resistance training, core work, and high-intensity circuits. All levels welcome. No boxing gear required!

Champion Membership and Sponsored Membership

At Bay Breakers Boxing Gym we believe that fitness should be accessible to people at all income levels. We ask that our members consider opting in to our Champion membership program. Our champion Membership program members pay $299 for their monthly membership instead of the standard $229. The extra $70 goes directly towards our Sponsored Memberships program, allowing us to financially sponsor lower income members of our community to have access to our gym and our programs! Your generosity provides one of your San Francisco neighbors with the opportunity to enjoy all of the incredible benefits of boxing and our boxing community. With our Champion Membership you get unlimited access to our classes and facility during business hours. You are also committing to a monthly $70 donation to sponsor a member of our boxing community who is receiving financial assistance. Our Champion Members help keep our community strong!

$50+/mo

We believe everyone should have access to our gym, and we are proud to partner with our community and gym members to provide financial assistance. Sponsored memberships are limited and determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
